Responsibilities include the processing of client invoices and overall managing of the billing process for all attorneys. Required to ensure timely and accurate submission and acceptance of electronic invoices for both routine and complex billing arrangements. Required to work closely with billing attorneys and support staff to resolve rejected invoices timely. Update and maintain e-billing tracking database with submissions, rejections and resolution information. Functions as the point person with regards to the setup of new clients for e-billing. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and training others on the e-billing process. Responsible for edits, accurate calculations, transfers and making changes necessary to produce an invoice as directed by the attorneys as well as finalizing billing, following up with attorneys to ensure that billing is handled in a timely manner, and handling any special requirements as requested by the client including any summary reports, back up information or spreadsheets.

Daily operations in collections, billing, AP/AR, cash management, concentrating.On posting accounts receivable, AR account reconciliation and overseeing invoice. Distribution and customer relations, primary focus to ensure that the customer.Invoices go to the correct location and that they are paid in a timely manner. Focus daily on follow-ups to ensure that the payments are posted accurately, responsible for new store and new customer set ups.

•Provide daily accounting support and accounting guidance to regional A/P and A/R associates and assist as may be required issues related to the processing of invoices and credit memos •Prepare weekly cost accounting reports and interfacing with operations management to analyze variances to identify opportunities for cost savings and profit improvement •Process and accurately account for production in procurement department Under the guidance of the project managers, prepare weekly forecasts of monthly option results •Perform monthly account reconciliations of asset and liability accounts.Conduct special cost analyses and other projects as may be required. •Participate as a key contributor to the monthly accounting close in the preparation and posting of journal entries. Assist in the analysis of preliminary results and investigate/report on significant variances. •Organize and maintain accounting department records and reports •Provide support Internal and External Auditor as may be required
