• I assist in the planning and implementation of meaningful activities, appropriate to the individual needs and interests of the community residents. My responsibilities include helping to provide programs as well as one.
• Assist in writing, designing, distributing and evaluating the weekly life enrichment calendar.
• Attend, facilitate and provide updates at resident care conferences helping to maintain a positive relationship between residents, their families and staff.
• Complete resident assessment, evaluations and build care plans and provide progress notes using Point Click Care electronic medical records platform.
• Serve as Director of Community Life in director’s absence.
• Provide support to Social Services, Director and Assistant Director of Nursing, Community Relations Coordinator and Associate Executive Director.
