Train UX and cross-functional teams in usability fundamentals and agile framework· Employ a wide range of research methods + synthesize data to deliver actionable, impactful insights; document into reports, presentations, and other outputs to stakeholders· Translate product strategy and complex workflows into elegant, accessible, technically feasible user experiences; collaborate with development teams and product managers to deliver steady, usable, delightful value to customers
