    I am responsible for managing the day to day operations in this small dental practice ensuring consistently high standards of patient care. I provide effective patient service; welcoming patients, confirming and booking appointments, dealing with referrals, and liaising with external health organisations including laboratories and hospitals. In collaboration with other businesses in the building, I negotiate contracts for waste, alarms and utilities; organising repairs, decorations and building upkeep, and establish effective relationships with the building landlord, energy reduction company and third parties.Notable Accomplishments: I played a pivotal role in supporting the practice through the CQC and Denplan Excel assessments; identifying improvement strategies to improve standards, efficiency and service to patients. In addition, I successfully set up, expanded and managed the Joint Management Account resulting in better links between the separate practices in the building and improved cost efficiency.
