Here at E + O, I am to provide pristine customer service that goes beyond the customer's expectations. I am expected to have extensive product knowledge in response to anticipated guest needs. Additionally, I am to maintain a professional demeanor and interact with guests in a courteous and respectful manner. Working with many different types of products, it is expected that I stay updated on industry trends, new menu items, and drink pairings to enhance knowledge and skills. In all, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience is key while on the clock.

Hosting at Condado means I am the first line of defense for the restaurant. Here, I assisted individuals, parties, and online delivery service employees in enjoying their experience at Condado. I was responsible for properly problem solving seating arrangements and effectively communicating with the kitchen for outgoing orders. As a Barback, I was responsible for efficiently plating food, bagging online orders, and preparing appetizers, while actively running food to customers in a timely manner. Serving and bartending consists of memorizing the 50+ menu items that change seasonally to appropriately answer and tend to the needs of customers. Working at Condado required high attention to detail as I was simultaneously selling food and making drinks, taking orders, communicating with kitchen staff, and processing payments.

At Pig Works, I collaborate with the Pig Works Team to ensure social media is aligned with the appropriate event brands aesthetic and identity. Similarly, I regularly operate Canva to create a variety of different illustrations that support the brand’s image. Over the course of my time here, I have developed and executed social media for two different race events among various platforms. Additionally, I assist with email marketing campaigns and initiatives.

During my time at Abercrombie Kids, I have been exposed to all types of environments. I assist in working the sales floor, handling transactions, interacting with customers, and operating the back room where I process merchandise, organize items, and ship online orders. As a brand representative, I am constantly striving to increase sales compared to prior years and increase customer loyalty.

During my time at A Kid Again, I have been the connection between the content creation and the face of their social platforms. I am responsible for weekly check-ins to prepare for scheduled posts, curate copy and graphics for Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Twitter posts, and monitor several social accounts under the National Marketing Specialist.

As an online social media marketer for this women's clothing business, I was instructed to post weekly content that exemplifies the Rose & Remington style. I was responsible for capturing multiple content creations to post throughout the month that would regularly catch people's eye. Here, I was venturing out to create content as well as advertising my local store as well.

Here as a pool desk employee, I was in charge of operating the computer software to check in guests into the pool. Along with checking members in, I was responsible for greeting and responding to members’ needs in a timely manner. During opening and closing shifts, I had to count and deposit the cash box with the correct guest passes counted and deposited alongside them. Lastly, tidying up the pool area was a crucial part of every shift ensuring the maintenance of the pool was satisfactory.

I completed a 50-hour, unpaid internship under the marketing team at Huntington National Bank's headquarters. Through this, I was exposed to numerous marketing professionals including Strategic, Digital, Financial Advisor, and more.
