I have been working in the field of education for over 25 years, first as an elementary school teacher, then as a curriculum developer, and now as Senior Director of Program Development for a non-profit educational organization that develops in-school ELA curricula. In my current position as Senior Director, I work with a writing team to conceptualize new programs as well as revise existing materials.
