As Senior Director of Program Development, I oversee the work of the program development team. The team is responsible for the overall vision for Collaborative Classroom’s curriculum development, including long-term strategy for development of new programs and revisions. We are responsible for the conceptualization, development, prototyping, piloting, and revision of curriculum offerings. I supervise and manage Program Managers, and support them as they develop and maintain best practices for project management and managing direct reports, including equity and inclusion.
