Responsible for insight led, multi channel communications strategy that deliver both on brand and commercial goals and ensure continuous cycle of improvement. Manage all aspects of advertising campaigns ensuring fully integrated campaigns - both offline and online (through e-mail, PPC, always on DR & social media strategy)Digital marketing strategy: A key element is to ensure an holistic approach to campaign planning. Managing delivery and strategy including key aspects: SEO, PPC, display, e-mail and integrated social media.Agency management: Responsible for multiple agencies to ensure best return on investment and quality of output. Manage research, media, creative, digital and PR agencies. Led tender process for new creative agency (digital and traditional creative) and developed new brand positioning for SSE Airtricity - multi-channel launch in October 2018, This is Generation Green - winner of All Ireland Marketing Awards 2019 best Integrated Marketing Campaign. Responsible for managing significant annual media budget (online and offline) and communications strategy, supporting the development of the brand and the delivery marketing communications objectives and campaigns across all areas of the business.Manage research and insights – Brand insights, Segmentations studies, proposition development and cascading findings and developing and influencing recommendations. Budget Management: control of phasing multi-million marketing budget; ensure efficient use of budgets in order to achieve cost savings and maximize ROI. Ensure agency and supplier efficiencies through all Marketing activity. Leadership - Provide direction and leadership. Create a positive team climate and ensure regular cross functional team work. Extensive Senior stakeholder management.
