Senior Human Resources Generalist
Current-Maintain SharePoint site to support BU specific data consumption needs.-Provide weekly and quarterly reporting (hires, terminations, headcount, attrition, etc.) using Visier/Workday systems.-Proactively execute on our global HR Processes (focal, talent/performance management, etc) by providing combined analysis for the Worldwide Field. Organization (WFO) business ensuring data accuracy while reporting key findings that assist management with key decisions. -Data Entry/Data Management for specific business group(s).-Partner with HRBP’s, HRIM/IT as appropriate to enhance tools, systems, processes based on feedback and assessment from business units.-Create and conduct training for managers and employees as necessary on new or existing systems, tools, & processes (new hire orientation).-Work cross-functionally with external departments to answer employee questions.-Develop surveys, analyze data and present findings.
