My role as a VET Training Manager involved overseeing and managing the delivery of high-quality training and assessment programs across the institute. I supported a team of trainers and assessors by providing feedback and guidance to help them improve their skills and abilities.I collaborated with key stakeholders, to ensure that the training programs met industry standards and regulatory requirements (ASQA). I also worked closely with the Compliance Manager as well as external consultants to develop and review training materials and assessment tools to ensure they were current and relevant.Overall, my role as a VET Training Manager required a high level of organisational, communication, and leadership skills. I enjoyed the opportunity to contribute to the development of a skilled workforce and ensure that the organisation's training programs were of the highest quality.
