Opened, managed, and was the primary care-giver for children at the daycare. Obtained experience as a small business owner and learned to manage, screen staff, and care for children in multiples. Care was primarily given to children ages 0-3 years and included the planning of diet, nap schedule, activities, language, literacy exposure, and attending to behavioral, and emotional needs which are essential for the first years of life. This experience was an extremely gratifying and successful one. The business had to be closed due to the decision to continue and finish my B.S. in Human Services at NDNU.

Minimal office assistance for the owners of the company. Duties included usage of Quickbooks Pro, filing, receptionist, etc.

I loved working with children and families in this job. I was exposed to working under stress due to shortage of staff, multi-tasking, time-management, customer service, and business administration.The most exciting part of this work was creating timeless memories for families and individuals, through photography. I found that I was skilled at taking very beautiful photographs and improved sales enormously through this newly found skill.
