I began as Lead Generator, was promoted to Sales Team Lead and then to Regional Sales Manager. My role as a Lead Generator was my introduction into the Instrument Reprocessing world. To create new opportunities for the sales team I would reach out to hospitals and surgery centers across the country to determine if they had a need for an ultrasonic cleaner in their Sterile Processing Department. I maintained an updated our database, stayed in contact via phone calls and emails with potential and current customers, and answered incoming phone calls of potential prospects. This position prepped me for my advancement into the Team Lead Sales Support role. As a Team Lead I sent out quotations and more detailed information about our range of capital equipment and consumable product lines. I communicated frequently with these decision makers and aid them in the sales process of capital and consumable equipment. I train and manage a sales team and aid them in customer relations, database management, and sales skills. I believe that leadership starts from the top. You must value your team to create the outcome you want to achieve.Since being promoted to Regional Sales Manager, I now manage a territory consisting of 26 states. I oversee all sales in those area while working with our team of outside reps to create a strong relationship between us, the reps, and the customers. I stay in touch with both current and potential customers to identify any upcoming needs, and to make sure that our current customers are well taken care of.

Working for Sea World Parks & Entertainment required me to handle many tasks. I was responsible for answering general questions regarding parks & entertainment information, research on all customer accounts when I received an inquiry, created new accounts and monthly payments for the EasyPay customers, used my skills in crisis management to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction and sold tickets and additional services for shows, dining, entertainment and reciprocal parks.

My responsibilities at Great Clips encompassed checking customers in & out, ordering, shelving and tracking inventory, data entry, scheduling, salon upkeep and organization, answering inbound inquiries, support for the staff as well as educating the customer on products, services and perks of being a Great Clips clients.
