Served as Communications & Publications Manager for this statewide association with more than 11,000 members. Responsible for association publications as well as marketing efforts, external communications, editorial placement and advertising. Assisted with marketing efforts for special events including golf tournaments, awards presentations and tradeshows.

Served as Senior Architectural Reporter for CDC News. Performed investigative reporting and editorial activities daily in addition to customer relations. Experience as a private and public reporter before being appointed to a national editorial task force division, followed by a promotion to Senior Architectural Reporter.

Served as Communications Specialist and Associate Editor of The Bottomline. Conducted public and media relations initiatives for the association.

Served as the Marketing Assistant for this chain of banks in Central Texas while they were undergoing a name change. Assisted in the development and execution of advertising and marketing campaigns, as well as assisting with customer and community relations.
