What these stores became was a unique shopping experience for women that is still mentioned to me today when I run into one of my old customers. At every turn, I gave back to the community from charity "shopping nights" to handing out gift cards to any student who needed to raise money for their schools. Truly, a life changing time I will be forever grateful for!

In this leadership role I managed a team of Regional Marketing Managers responsible for driving focused marketing strategies and implementation throughout Colorado. My team worked closely with ownership and other divisions including mortgage, design, and sales, as well as the National Marketing team to develop and execute field marketing plans consistent with the company’s overall business goals.In this fast-paced environment, it was critical to be efficient at project management and able to communicate with all stakeholders to bring a community to market. During this time I was fortunate to work along side one of my most influential mentors and learned the value of having confidence as a leader while also the empathy to care for your employees and coach them to accomplish their personal and professional goals.Other skills required: Event/Promotion Strategy, KPI and budget oversight, data analysis, and vendor negotiations.
