Workforce Planning Consultant
Current- Provide consultation on workforce development models, including cohorts, job ladders, internships, and observation experiences (includes strategic use of tuition assistance, policies and procedures, forms, and toolkits).
- Build innovative career development systems, tools and resources, including visuals, guides and services in support employee’s awareness of career opportunities.
- Develop strong working relationships across Seattle Children’s to engage key stakeholders in the development phase in addition to implementation and ongoing use.
- Consistently employ an equity lens in all aspects and phases of my work to ensure alignment with our organizational diversity and inclusion values and goals.
