Workforce Planning Consultant
Current• Provide consultation on workforce development models, including cohorts, job ladders, internships, and observation experiences (includes strategic use of tuition assistance, policies and procedures, forms, and toolkits).• Build innovative career development systems, tools and resources, including visuals, guides and services in support employee’s awareness of career opportunities. • Develop strong working relationships across Seattle Children’s to engage key stakeholders in the development phase in addition to implementation and ongoing use.• Consistently employ an equity lens in all aspects and phases of my work to ensure alignment with our organizational diversity and inclusion values and goals.
