Duratain produces and distributes high end RV maintenance products, and provides services to RV dealers. ♦ Manage finance & accounting, HR and day to day operations for this national producer/distributor of high-end RV exterior maintenance products. Responsible for all aspects of AP, AR, General Ledger, and P & L. Accomplishments• Increased productivity by 25% in service technicians’ job travel by implementing GPS tracking system into national fleet of company owned vehicles. Decreased travel costs and increased accountability, increased accuracy of cost tracking for insurance and tax purposes. • Built HR department from scratch. Created policies, procedures and employee manuals, set up new hire screening and training, researched and implemented benefits program, created performance evaluation metrics and performed operational functions of hiring, training and termination as needed. • Drove compliance to national standards for OSHA safety in multiple environments and created “on hand” documentation.
