I was the evening lead hostess. My duties included providing excellent hospitality to all within the restaurant, certification and use of Open Table, providing itemized receipts & communication of floor needs. I traveled to concierges in the area to promote our offerings for New Years Eve. I sold, organized and processed contracts for over 700 people to ring in the New Year in the heart of Times Square. I aided in creating an evening to remember and provided a face to calls and emails months leading to the event.
