As a principal at Karlin Consulting, I have over six years of experience in creating and enhancing non-profit organizations with an eye toward environmental services. My mission is to help non-profits achieve sustainability and robust growth by providing them with strategic planning, operational support, and system revamping.I also leverage my expertise in water science and policy as a program administrator at Turfgrass Water Conservation Alliance and a small grants reviewer at Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board. In these roles, I develop and distribute educational materials, webinars, and best management practices programs, as well as review grant applications for accuracy and relevance. I am passionate about promoting water conservation and stewardship in my community and beyond.
