After previously coordinating products within the Route 1 Print brand, I am now responsible for Product Development for the Bluetree Group Print Division. This role sees me managing the product portfolio, new product opportunities as well as cost management within the Print Division.Responsibilities included:- New product development including market research and go-to-market plans- Managing multi-disciplinary teams through the product launch process to get products from ideation to implementation- Go-to person in terms of product knowledge and production capability- Lead on product related analysis and product-led commercial decisions - Owner of the in-house costing system and related cost analysis projects- Set strategy on pricing and implemented this through the dedicated pricing team

Scrabtagz was a business set up by myself and a group of friends during our time at secondary school. We spent every lunch and countless hours after school designing, manufacturing and retailing our own novelty gift items in the style of Scrabble letters. In 2012, our business was winner of the BiG Challenge: a business competition for young entrepreneurs within the Sheffield region. Scrabtagz closed after we completed our GCSEs and left secondary school, all heading in our separate ways.
