Adapted to a changing work environment by going from an Application Developer to a Consulting role; ultimately advancing into the position of Senior Consultant, for a leading provider of imaging and workflow solutions within the healthcare payer and life insurance industries.Interface with executives, purchasing agents, and individual departments throughout the sales, implementation, quality assurance, and deliverable cycles. Identify pain points and gather requirements; coordinate product demonstrations, prototypes, and mockups, highlighting relevance to business model. Manage Request for Proposal components and research material for total response package. Work with sales team and customer to identify product gaps and act as liaison with development team to create customer-specific product customizations.Perform system installation and component configuration. Develop System and User Acceptance Testing test scripts; perform end-to-end testing while communicating results with the development team.Create and deliver both system administration and end-user functional training to customer personnel.
