I'll be graduating with a BS in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of Tennessee in May 2014. I have a strong background in customer service, polished through several years in the restaurant industry, as well as a some time in the apartment industry as a leasing professional, and most recently as Visitor Services Coordinator for the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Knoxville. I am accustomed to working with staffs both large as small; Walt Disney World empowered a staff 65,000 strong, while my most recent roles have allowed me to work with a more intimate team. Upon graduation (and relocation to Nashville) in 2014, I plan to pursue a career in event and conference services.
