Director Of Digital Customer Experience
CurrentResponsible for planning and setting the direction of the e-business and digital tool activities to support the business growth plans. Including: overall coordination of resources, execution of strategic initiatives, achieving alignment and participation with Emerson Platform, Emerson Business Units and World Areas.-Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience, including the use of customer personas & feedback and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.-Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams with an agile framework to ensure consistency and alignment of customer experience initiatives across the organization.-Monitor and analyze customer engagement metrics to measure the success of customer experience initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.-Participate in the evaluation, selection and development of strategic digital and IT outsource suppliers.
