I am an aspiring sport development and business professional, committed to achieving excellence in all aspects of my work. Currently studying a Bachelor of Sport Development and Business, where I have gained valuable insights from industry professionals through workshops and hands-on learning experiences. These opportunities have expanded my knowledge in coaching, management, event planning, and building strong interpersonal relationships.Throughout my journey, I have also completed significant certifications, including a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, and earned recognition as a school leader, serving as School Rugby League team captain and as a Senior Leader and House Captain. I have also been an active member of the Queensland Rugby League High-Performance Unit in refereeing, which has further refined my skills in leadership, decision-making, and maintaining composure under pressure.Currently, I work as an Assistant Development Officer at the NRL, where I support rugby league community clubs, engage with schools and young athletes, and assist with events and promotions. This role has allowed me to contribute to the development of grassroots rugby league, with a focus on ensuring young players enjoy the game and grow within the sport.With a tenacious work ethic, proven leadership ability, and a passion for working within team-focused environments, I am committed to consistently delivering results and making a positive impact. My ultimate goal is to continue growing professionally, contributing meaningfully to the sports industry, and helping others succeed both on and off the field.
