Jack began his career at Deloitte, one of the "Big 4" CPA firms, where he worked in the Audit Practice. During this time, he conducted financial audits for clients across a range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, and government, building a deep understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.Leveraging his background in accounting and finance, Jack transitioned to Robert Half International, the world’s largest staffing firm. He started in the finance and accounting permanent placement division, achieving success as a sales producer before advancing into leadership roles. Jack was eventually named Regional Manager for the Philadelphia Metro Area, where he oversaw the company's permanent placement, temporary staffing, and consulting divisions. In this role, he led a large sales organization and was responsible for driving growth and managing operations across the region.After Robert Half, Jack shifted to corporate human resources, joining Thomson Reuters as Manager of US Talent Acquisition for their IP & Science business unit. He led a nationwide team of corporate recruiters and was responsible for handling high-volume staffing needs across various business functions. Later, Jack returned to his roots in accounting, joining Baker Tilly as Regional Manager, Eastern Region, where he oversaw recruitment efforts across multiple offices for interns, new hires, and experienced professionals.In addition to his corporate roles, Jack became the Owner & President of Window Genie of Wynnewood, a home services business specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, soft wash, and gutter cleaning in the greater Philadelphia area. Jack transformed the company into a top home services provider, driving significant growth, cultivating strong customer loyalty, and ultimately successfully selling the business.Jack earned his MBA and BS Accounting from Wagner College in Staten Island, NY. He was admitted to the Delta Mu Delta and Omicron Delta Kappa honor societies. Additionally, Jack was a standout two-sport student-athlete, excelling in both baseball and football. He earned First Team All-ECAC honors in football, was named First Team All-Northeast Conference in baseball, and was selected to the GTE CoSIDA Academic All-America Division 1 Baseball Team.A native of Piscataway, NJ, Jack graduated from Piscataway High School and resides in Philadelphia, PA with his wife, Cathy.
