This role was to assist and create legal documentation within a variety of legal sectors including Asset & Structured Finance, Banking, Clinical Negligence, Corporate, Commercial Dispute, Employment, Maritime, Private Client, Projects and Real Estate.The legal documentation includes contracts, agreements, maritime charters, letters and various other documents. I was allocated work from the on-duty shift coordinator, and often take on this role myself.I have provided services to a variety of different clients in the past, many of which are highly ranked in “The Legal 500”. As such, I constantly monitor for any potential conflicts of interest or potential data breaches, and alert the relevant authority of any such breach.
