I proudly drive trains for West Midland Trains My Previous Role was a Senior Conductor Coach, my safety critical role involved helping develop and guide trainee Senior Conductors through their Route and Traction training and assessments. At the end of the training period, colleagues will have the skills to successfully manage a train, deal with unexpected scenarios, carry out assistance for disabled and older passengers and effectively use a range of phone applications and revenue equipment. I waa previously experienced in stock control, food cost analysis, wage control and people management, managing GP targets and also the various systems that are used in kitchen and restaurant management. I have vast experience in training and managing a diverse team that can operate efficiently and that will strive to give customers a great experience. I have experienced the running of a busy kitchen and restaurant, alongside opening and successfully running a new restaurant.
