Taught middle school math to three different classes, along with tutoring and homework help to ages ranging from 1st grade to 8th grade. Teaching was done through a classical curriculum, not only focusing on getting good grades, but also focusing on living a good life.Outside of my core mathematics classes, I was in charge of a Virtue Family, which pulled kids from each grade level, kindergarten through 8th grade, for an opportunity each month to expand relationships outside students' current grade levels. This allows students to meet their peers they otherwise may not have been able to and leads to tremendous growth within our community.
