• Maintaining and updating the company’s centralised commitments register by regularly engaging with key stakeholders and collecting the relevant data.• Facilitating the commitments process by producing clear, concise documentation such as RACI documents, how to guides and procedure manuals to support business colleagues.• Producing regular reports on commitment progress using Power BI and both presenting and disseminating this to key stakeholders including board members.• Experience of using Power BI dashboards, as well as training colleagues on how to utilise them to fullest capabilities. • Administered the Investment Manager (IM) system, which logged and tracked the company’s asset related risks.• Created process documentation for IM such as system best practice and how to guides which were used as training resources for all system users.• Lead and supported on projects to upgrade IM, and quality test new functionality and bug fixes.
