I’ve always been curious to learn about whatever it is I’m accomplishing through adaptability, work ethic, and determination. This inspiration sparked when I got a job at a shipping company called Craters and Freighters. This was where I would really showcase my communication skills by working with a group to provide the best possible packaging, as well as my adaptability being the youngest employee in the warehouse. My jobs throughout high school helped me to see insights into different businesses and benefit me for the future. I learned leadership skills, problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a team, a strong work ethic, and how to create a successful work environment.Continuing my experience at Indiana University, I aspire to use my determination and adaptability skills through my educational classes and clubs, while maintaining a 3.5 GPA. I hope to expand on these skills in the future through networking and meeting new people as well as recruiters. With growing my skills as a Management major at O'Neil School of Public and Environmental Affairs I plan on making a major impact on a future company, helping to create a productive, friendly environment.
