About Jack Sember
My experience for the last 23 years has been to generate and develop leads for new business, usually by telephone cold calling of prospects in all levels of management. This also means much research for corporate penetration and prospecting. Research avenues have included membership websites, Dunn & Bradstreet and similiar listings as well as personally developed sources. In some cases I needed to write telephone scripts. Familiarity with 'Goldmine' sales software and 'Act!''.Special past projects included the Microsoft XP 2000 Rollout, the Y2K Project, the Network Query Language (NQL), a research and scripting tool and a videoconferencing effort after the 9/11 tragedy.My previous postions were in the engineering and defense industry as a Document and Data Control Specialist for processing and control of flow and distribution of Engineering Drawings, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), Parts Lists (EEE), Project Change Proposals (PCPs), Test Reports, and Non-Conformance Reports at Chemtex International, New York, NY, the former Allied-Signal Aerospace, Teterboro, NJ, and the former Singer-Kearfott, (now BAE Systems), Wayne, NJ. The more interesting projects were the space shuttle project and the Hubble Space Telescope at the former (now Honeywell) Allied Signal. One previous project was for World of Wireless and J&H Radio, a joint venture which asked me to develop their telemarketing department to contact current and cancelled Sprint/ Nextel customers, both individual and commercial, and to market GPS Tracking and Navigation System for companies with vehicle fleets.Specialties: Ability to research, locate and contact corporate decision makers or their designated reports on behalf of my employer, usually for setting an appointment for a designated salesperson.I develop scripts, customize company literature when necessary.
