Current- Representation of property owners, developers, lenders, retailers and others in a broad transactional real estate practice involving acquisition, development, land use permitting, financing, leasing, and disposition of properties.- Experience in representation of developers and property owners in all phases of project development and permitting, including the development and permitting agencies of the City of Boston. Experience includes permitting for Phase II of the World Trade Center Boston Project which involved the rezoning of the Fort Point Channel Area of the City of Boston and approval of the Project as a so-called Planned Development Area.- Considerable experience in the leasing of office, retail, industrial, warehouse and research and development space on behalf of landlords and tenants, including lease program planning and implementation.- Negotiation and documentation of power purchase agreements and leases to facilitate development and operation of solar power facilities.- Negotiate leases and acquisitions on behalf of a major supermarket operator in New England and New York and New Jersey.- Represent privately held real estate company in the acquisition of properties, permitting of shopping centers and office buildings and leasing.
