Part of the Renewables and Energy-Efficiency Cohort chosen from a pool of over 1,200 candidates to join the next generation of sustainability leaders.

Worked with USFS and NFWF on the habitat restoration of two plots of land in Angeles National Forest. Job duties included research, volunteer management, and communications with stakeholder groups.

My current focus is designing and implementing the SBCC permaculture garden, which involves removing over an acre of turf and replacing it with a food-producing and habitat restoring landscape. Other projects I have completed while at SBCC include founding the SBCC Associated Students Sustainability Committee and leading the SBCC Student Sustainability Coalition.
