This includes engaging with external audiences (e.g. media, investors, policymakers, business partners, etc.) as well as internal (e.g. employees, management teams, boards of directors, etc.). These high-stakes, high-paced engagements are each unique, but often involve litigation, reputational crises, product liability, executive transition, bankruptcies, corporate restructurings, IPOs, SPACs, and/or transactions and merger integrations. I have worked on mandates for clients in range of industries, including tech, media & telecom ("TMT"), consumer goods, industrials, energy, pharmaceuticals and more, as well as charitable organizations and NGOs with local and global focuses.I previously worked on the Special Situations team at FTI Consulting Strategic Communications managing similar high-stakes, event-driven matters. Before joining FTI, I spent time in the Missouri State House of Representatives, served briefly as a reporter for an online sports media outlet in Beijing and reported for regional news outlets in Missouri on a diverse range of subjects. I also spent time based in FTI Consulting’s Brussels office, where I served in the segment's Corporate Communications practice.
