On-court responsibilities include guiding players through individual workouts, passing and rebounding, and coordinating with coaches on materials and manpower needed for practices daily.Coded over 500 of opponent’s games for four seasons.Proficient with the use of Hudl Sportscode, Synergy Video Express, and FastDraw.Collaborated with the director of basketball operations on the planning, executing of activities, meals, and solving any problems faced.Created yearly recruit grids for staff members to organize their recruits game schedules. Each grid contained 20-40 high school players and included 20-30 of their games.Remained on campus through three summers to help organize and execute the Iowa Basketball Summer camps for ages 6 through 14. Worked on the grounds crew of Crow Valley Golf Club. Mowed rough, weed whacked around smaller parts of the course and did other various jobs to make the golf course playable. Helped contribute to the development of the course into one of the nicest experiences in the state of Iowa.
