I'm Jackson, and I'm a conversation designer. My focus is on practical implementations of conversational ai in the enterprise. I consult with my clients on ai strategy, ai and NLU architecture, and ai experience design. I have been a lead designer on multiple global professional services teams, with a large portfolio of successful deployments. As a designer, I realize the complexity of getting conversational ai “right” in the enterprise, so my approach is to be pragmatic and data driven - starting small, establishing “templates” for easy expansion, bringing in cutting edge technology where it makes sense, and always learning from what the end users tell us.
