I organise and conduct investigations involving HR/Employee relations, Corporate investigations, whistleblowing, misconduct, and safeguarding issues, applying my legal acumen, strong communication and interviewing skills. I have nearly 2 decades worth of experience in criminal investigations and interviewing under caution and have successfully handled complex and sensitive cases, both civil and criminal along with writing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.I am a qualified member of the Institute of Paralegals, and I also run my own consultancy firm, Get the Consultant, where I offer paralegal services to clients in various fields.I hold the IIC3 Level 3 Certificate in Investigative Interviewing. I am passionate about investigations, and I constantly seek to learn and improve my skills and knowledge in this area. My next goal is to achieve a Level 5 CIPD Diploma in Human Resources and People Management.
