Logistics startup company where I was involved in the early stages of developing operational procedures. I took on additional roles of securing business for the company, while simultaneously ensuring we had the necessary carrier relationships to operate at a high level with our newly earned customers. Within five months of employment, I have established business relationships with over ten individual customers that have yielded over $190,000 in revenue since the company's conception.

After one year of employment, I surpassed all expectations and was promoted to the youngest Senior Logistics Sales Executive in company history. I eagerly and effectively took on higher level tasks including threat de-escalations, negotiations between customers/carriers that yielded multi-year business contracts both for ITS and the partnered carriers. I managed a team of five to ten people, while successfully building team chemistry through outside of workplace company events, organizing weekly check-ins with all team members to ensure that processes are being followed, organized in person and/or virtual meetings with high value carriers/customers to expand upon our current book of business, earning more revenue for the company.

Establish and maintain broker to carrier relationships by reaching out and soliciting business in order to maintain a long term business relationship. General duties consisted of managing customer expectations, aggressively negotiating with both customer and carriers to ensure ITS always supplied a competitive rate while exceeding business expectations, ensuring seamless communication between the customer and carrier, and developing SOPs in order to streamline processes established by the customer.
