As a Food and Beverage Server, my role as an employee and team member is to to always be my best and positive self when I serve members food and drinks in the bar and grill, stock liquor, beer and other bottled beverages, buss and wait on tables, vacuum and clean bar and grill area, mop, stock and clean bathrooms, prepare a wide variety of menu items in the kitchen, and operate the POS system for members to make purchases on food and drinks.

As an employee at a golf course, I have gained many knowledge and experience with many aspects that will benefit my future career. I have been able to show my true potential with obtaining 4 years of customer service, employee relations and teamwork, and positive customer relations when putting the customer first and ensuring they are satisfied with the services I provide. Time management has also strengthened my future with completing my assigned tasks on time, such as helping members with their bags, restocking and restaging golf carts, picking the range of golf balls, cleaning bathrooms, and tidying up the clubhouse to ensure the course is running smoothly.

I worked with, emailed, and called our sponsors who purchased Pro-Am Packages for the Monday and Wednesday Pro-Am’s, managing their main contact and participant registration through the TrustEvents Software. I collaborated with the Volunteer Director of the Pro-Am’s in creating 3 different check-in and registration spreadsheets of all the Pro-Am participants for an optimized and efficient check-in process. I also managed and maintained Hospitality ticket sales to the tournament through the HappsNow ticketing software, creating each sponsors BoxOffice of tickets to certain pavilions and sending out individual tickets to club members, ticket winners, guests, and other spectators.
