Continuing my previous work as the Director of the Emerging Leaders Program as an advisor to the weekly operations as well as the yearly curriculum and vision. Additionally I am co-leading the weekly development of our interns in Servant Leadership, The Constitution, Western Civ, American Statesmanship, and Professinal Growth. This prosses of teaching and mentoring is such a blessing to be a part of to see the growth in individuals’ lives personally, professionally, and spiritually.

I've been deeply involved in legal research and writing, working on Amicus briefs like the Trump Georgia case, including a 50-state legal issue survey. I've written research memos on election, constitutional, and judicial issues, including Trump's conviction and potential 2024 election lawsuits. My work also involved researching active SCOTUS issues and drafting op-eds. Additionally, I outlined potential lawsuits, leading to the drafting of an FEC complaint. This experience allowed me to develop many skillsets through active participation in litigation efforts.

- Managed weekly operations of two staff & 16 interns- Developed systems, documents, and procedures for the program’s operations and organization.- Developed curriculum on servant leadership, the Constitution, statesmanship, philosophy, & professionalism.- Taught curriculum & mentored weekly in faith, communication, habits, goals, professionalism & networking.- Developed systems for operations & improved hiring and interview process.- Developed marketing strategy creating 120% applicant growth (85+), reduced marketing budget to zero.- Wrote training manual for future program directors and for use as a blue print for outside organizations.

Elected Governor of the 2021 & 2022 National Academy sessions and the first Patriot Acdemy virtual sessions (2020). Serving as Governor is the mock legislative process and serving in an administrative roll in the development of the academy. Patriot Academy is the most realistic mock legislature. In addition, PA provides premier biblical and constitutional leadership training. Training Champions to Change the World

Researching, writing, creating, and assisting senior staff and lawyers at the Constitutional Litigation Partnership for America First Policy Institute. This internship continues to be an amazing opportunity to work with and learn from former White House officials and lawyers in an effort to protect constitutional rights and create effective policies that put America and the American people first. - Researched, edited, and assisted litigation efforts for federal lawsuits; summarized & took notes on briefs.- Wrote press releases, talking points, policy goals, and weekly reports for legal activities.- Conducted policy research on foster care & adoption, social media impact, and opioid crisis.- Co-led strategy and planning for meeting to lobby for our legislation with 12+ members of U.S. Congress.- Responsible for managing, assisting, & escorting members of congress at AFPI Policy Summit.- Contributed to hiring and interview process for CLP department.

Texas Scorecard is an exciting work environment on the frontlines of defending self-governance and liberty in Texas and beyond. The fellowship gave me the opportunity to work hands on in that fight. Additionally, as a fellow, I gained valuable and applicable skills in FOIA, research, problem solving, critical thinking, and writing. As a fellow, I constantly engaged in very interesting discussions and projects directly effecting Texas in an effort to make a meaningful positive impact on the grassroots.
