I've been called the "owner's rep" on more than one occasion on big jobs. My web work grew during this time using the Drupal platform, along with Ubercart and then Drupal Commerce. I established an online presence for a retail clothing store chain, working with them for four years to grow their business and established online presences (or realigned their online designs) for many small to medium business.
