I have a diverse commercial law practice with a focus on technology, supply chain, retail and franchising; and work with clients in a broad range of industries and sectors, including fintech, artificial intelligence, banking, consumer goods, logistics and supply chain, food and beverage, alcohol, private equity, financial services, apparel, real estate, automotive, hospitality and leisure, oil and gas, telecommunications, childcare and personal and fitness services.A significant part of my practice is assisting emerging and high-growth companies with business-critical commercial issues, including those related to establishing and scaling their sales channels and ongoing day-to-day operations issues.
