Advising our Embedded Payroll Partners’ product teams on how to use Gusto’s APIs to find the best ways to build out their payroll product.

As the Business Development Intern I work closely with the BCG New Business Development Team to assist them by providing complete research for golf course operations that are viable prospects for BCG management and lease opportunities through the use of financial statements and market analysis. I analyze the competitive markets of potential prospects through the use of industry data, financial statements, and to develop pro forma budgets. I am tasked with preparing drafts for RFP response that have been issued and compiling the necessary supplementary information to respond.

As the Food & Beverage Intern I was exposed to many facets of the front and back food & beverage operations of a platinum club. I rotated through various food and beverage areas with extensive training in serving; event planning and execution; and bartending. Other areas of the operations I gained experience in was the planning of the proper staffing levels, taking inventory, and the creation of member relationships.
