Advising our Embedded Payroll Partners’ product teams on how to use Gusto’s APIs to find the best ways to build out their payroll product.

- Responsible for providing world-class customer service through phone, email, and chat channels to customers- Maintained a Customer Satisfaction percentage over 98% from 485 surveys over the course of position tenure
