I'm an aspiring Marketing Professional currently studying at the North Carolina State University. So far, I have been achieving excellence in the food service industry, which I've learned to love. I particularly enjoy being a part of a business and being able to see how the efforts done by coworkers and I contribute to customer experience. In high school, I got my start working the line at the local Taco Bell, where my skills and work ethic were noticed, and I was promoted to my first management position shortly after turning 18. That opportunity taught me a lot about the workings of a business. During the Covid-19 epidemic many businesses struggled, yet my work ethic never wavered, and I was given the opportunity to run my own store, in the form of Benny Capella's, a Chapel Hill pizza institution that had been struggling. I took what I had learned at Taco Bell here, and learned so much more. Benny's tested my skills, and gave me the managerial freedom I needed. At Benny's I revitalized the restaurant, making improvements every day, and using the opportunity to get creative. I utilized marketing strategies I had not even learned about yet to get customers in the door, and to keep them coming back. I left Benny's when I went off to college at NC State, where I learned about business and marketing, putting names to strategies I had implemented previously in my endeavors. I'm currently working towards a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, and planning on graduating in spring 2025. I am an extremely social person and can get along with anyone, which has led me to be a great team leader, both academically and professionally. Additionally, I am fascinated by all aspects of marketing strategy, and I am proud to have improved every workplace I've ever stepped foot in. I am a social person and a lover of the outdoors so when I have spare time, I enjoy fishing, skiing, socializing with friends, and maximizing relaxation.
