I was the president of the Eta chapter of Alpha Epsilon Pi at The Ohio State University. My main jobs consisted of overseeing the executive board, managing all 177 active brothers, and working with national representatives weekly on bettering the fraternity. My biggest project as president was reoccupying our nationally owned fraternity house that our chapter hadn't occupied in 8 years. After months of discussions with national representatives, members of our chapter, and city of Columbus officials, we were able to take back our house and occupy it with active brothers.

I was a research intern at a hospital division of Tel Aviv University working on the preservation of the female reproductive system in patients suffering from cancer and other diseases. Sunday through Thursday I would be in the lab testing different antibodies that let the ovaries mature outside of the body while the patient went through chemotherapy.

I shadowed Donald D. Nash, M.D. for the summer to gain a better understanding of the career of a teaching surgeon. I would follow Dr. Nash through his day, attending his surgeries, patient hours, and clinicals.

Held private basketball lessons for children with and without mental and physical disabilities. I would conduct 1-hour basketball lessons where I didn't just teach kids how to play basketball but taught them important life values. Easy Hoops would also host events where several of the kids would come together and I would help organize and run these events.
