Ryan Maher is Director of Acquisitions for Clear Height Properties. He brings more than five years of CRE experience, and deep relationships within the community to his position. As Director of Acquisitions, Ryan will identify and evaluate opportunities to acquire properties according to Clear Height’s established acquisition criteria and, in the process, further relationships with brokers to facilitate dealmaking within the Chicagoland market and throughout the country. For the last five years Ryan was a broker in the Chicago offices of NAI Hiffman, working with a brokerage team recognized by Crains as a Most Influential Brokerage Team in Chicago. The team was the 2017 NAIOP Office Transaction of the Year Award Recipient, 2017 Chicago Food Depository Real Estate Award Brokerage Transaction of the Year Nominee, 2018 and 2019 Chicago Food Depository Real Estate Awards Office Broker of the Year Finalist, and a CoStar Power Broker Recipient. Ryan represented private companies, financial institutions, investors, and developers in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial assets and was involved in 250+ transactions at NAI Hiffman. I joined NAI Hiffman in 2016 as part of the Office Services Group. I was chosen to work with the East-West and I-55 Corridor team of Dan O'Neill, Jim Adler and Pat Kiefer after interning with various departments at NAI Hiffman in 2015. My focus is primarily on advising private companies, financial institutions, investors and developers in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of Office real estate assets, land, and investments throughout the greater Chicagoland markets.

o Responsible for helping to maintain accurate inventory balances in the materials management storerooms.o Acted as logistics contact for nursing and ancillary department with inventories – including restocking/removing excess stock.o Assisted with inventory accuracy through cycle counts, recording inventory transactions for future computer entries using Omnicell Inventory System.

o Responsibilities included general job site labor including but not limited to: painting, patching, caulking and excavation.

o Professionally contacted parents, alumni and other supporters across the country in a non-profit setting – directly resulting in raising thousands of dollars in contributions to help support the University of Iowa.

o Responsibilities included moving furniture and goods for residential and commercial properties.o Efficiently wrapped, packed, assembled and disassembled household goods at destination.
