Thanks to their mentorship, I have developed a keen interest in exploring smart ways to increase a company’s benefits—not only economically but also socially.Balancing work and study simultaneously is challenging, but it is immensely rewarding to apply what I learn in real time to my role.Providing excellent patient care has been a central focus of my professional career. I began working with oncology patients and their families, where I learned that illness affects not only the patient but also their loved ones. I further honed my skills with other patient groups, realizing that offering a warm and empathetic approach, even when it does not alleviate their pain, helps more than one might expect.Beyond my scientific education, I have developed other versatile and creative skills, such as amateur guitar playing and singing, and actively participating in various volunteer activities at my local parish.Being a good listener, a quick learner, and a capable leader are integral aspects of who I am.
