• Assisted members of the L2 Services team on various site and customer issues through analysis of site data and alarm logs, allowing for service cases to be closed quicker.• Built upon experience with data analysis in Python by reading and graphing data points that were received as quarterly chemical analyses in document format from an external company.• Created a Key Performance Index dashboard on the team’s internal case tracker that allowed the team to identify inefficiencies and other insights, such as cases that remained unclosed, improper case escalation, and whether we were improving the speed at which cases were closed.• Gained experience reading electrical schematics through a project in which I identified differences between two versions of the company's flagship inverter. Learned about wiring and the networking required to implement remote controls for the device.• Prepared a presentation detailing the differences between the inverter versions for internal team use as well for presenting to a customer.
