I supported three search committees by reviewing applications, handling travel arrangements for candidates, scheduling interview events, creating marketing materials for recruitment events, and eventually onboarding the new professional staff members. My contribution to this process ensured that the department hired qualified and dedicated staff to help improve the quality of life for UMD students.
