Reporting to TA Head, currently working on various Non-Tech positions.• TABP for a business unit and responsible for hiring for the BU from scratch.• Understanding requirements from Business Heads and working to close positions.• Close coordination with ZMs to understand the expectations and scheduling interviews.• Managing different vendors and assigning requirements as per available bandwidth.• Leveraging social media platforms to close bulk hiring roles.• Sourcing for positions which are on priority and close them.

Reporting to HOD, the process owner of three verticals; Sales Associate, Tele Inbound Sales and Data Hot Leads. All three aimed at selling catalogs and subscription packages of IndiaMART.• Managing a team of 5 members and responsible for hiring for all three verticals as per thebusiness requirement.• Closing close to 30-40 positions on a weekly basis.Reporting to the Regional Director for Delhi/NCR Region comprising 17 branches.Managing ten plus HR Recruiters for bulk hiring.• Collaborating with the Regional Director, Zonal Managers and AVP HR for ascertaining the number of vacancies to create, fulfill and deciding sourcing strategies.• Attending quarterly meetings with the stakeholders to understand the business requirements and to prioritize branch wise hiring.• Maintaining a weekly and monthly dashboard of priority vacancies and sharing it with the concerned stakeholders for review.• Solely responsible in closing Middle and Senior Level positions within different verticals ensuring timely closure and on-boarding selected candidates.• Strategizing sourcing like initiating reference schemes, publishing vacancies on• portals and professional networks, conducting walk-in drives across branches in Delhi/NCR.

• Interacting with Hiring Managers/HR Heads of corporates on determining best fit talent and recruitment strategy. • Responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) Account of three separate verticals of the client (Accenture Management Consulting) with a portfolio of 50+ Lakhs. • Gathering the business requirements & priorities from client, allocating positions to the sourcing team. • Attending client meetings, representing the company, providing insights on market trends through market research and analysis. • Manage end to end recruitment cycle including multi-channel sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, extend offers and on-boarding candidates. • Sourcing profiles through headhunting, job portals, referrals & other sources such as well. • Sourcing on mid and leadership hiring on positions like Oracle, SAP, HCM, HFM, Cloud, Digital Transformation, RPA, Business Process Management, etc.
