At Perfect Events my responsibilities are to:- Promote product and services to potential clients - Providing clients with quotations for products and/or services. - Discussing the most suitable options in order to work within our client's budgets and successfully satisfy their needs.- Onsite liaison with our clients insure work has been completed to their satisfaction and to address any problems that may arise.- Onsite management of Perfect Events staff and subcontractors who may be conducting work on behalf of Perfect Events.- Managing the delivery and installation of our company's event packages. - Management of event operations.- Invoicing clients using accounting software and tracking payments.- Outsourcing products that are not directly supplied by Perfect Events. Negotiation with external suppliers and sourcing specialist suppliers and products. - Development and maintenance of relationships with both existence and potential clients to increase business. - Development and maintenance of supplier relationships.

- Assist with planning and implementing Logistics operational plans, policies and procedures for allocated venue/s within time critical deadlines- Provide logistics advice and support to Functional Areas (FA’s), staff, suppliers and contractors as required- Maintain up to date and accurate records and complete daily reports as required- Meet milestones with regards to scheduling, resource scoping, health & safety and training- Assist with management of on venue deliveries, asset tracking, distribution in venue and return post event- Assist with management of on venue resources, fuel and vehicles- Assist with management of the Master Delivery Schedule (MDS) on venue in coordination with relevant FA’s- Solve problems and make critical decisions independently without supervision- Assist with management, motivation, training and support of logistics contractors as required- Maintain a clean and safe work area on venue and ensure all Health & Safety standards, policies and procedures are adhered to

- Manage and maintain the event website and collateral- Develop, manage and analyse surveys- Collating, creating and distributing delegate, exhibitor, sponsor and speaker information nationally and internationally- Constant liaising with suppliers, sponsors and stake holders nationally and internationally throughout the event period- Completing event related administrative tasks, including; uploading information to conference website, run-sheets, budgeting, reporting to board- Creation of bump-in/bump-out documents to assist with onsite and event support as well as briefing documents for registrations, speakers, sponsors and volunteers.

- Assisting the operations team with ensuring all Partners are advised of sampling and commercial opportunities during the Festival including deadlines and specifications around product sampling.- Coordinating the engagement of the gift bag packing company including the briefing of requirements, obtaining quotes, developing timelines, liaison with and coordination of Partner deliveries, and the distribution of gift bags to Festival venues/events.- With the support of the Events Production team, ensuring the suitable allocation of products across Festival events and as per event and partner requirements.- Creation of event documents to be distributed internally throughout the organisation- Creation of events throughout the festival period including public and private launches, sponsor events and industry based events

The Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival is an annual celebration of fashion, arts, ideas and creative endeavour for everyone to enjoy.Responsibilities at VAMFF included:- Assisting the Partnerships Executive with ensuring all Partners are advised of sampling and commercial opportunities during the Festival including deadlines and specifications around product sampling.- Coordinating the engagement of the gift bag packing company including the briefing of requirements, obtaining quotes, developing timelines, liaison with and coordination of Partner deliveries, and the distribution of gift bags to Festival venues/events.- With the support of the Events Production team, ensuring the suitable allocation of products across Festival events and as per event and partner requirements.- Coordinating the development and maintenance of documentation tracking the allocation and distribution of products and collateral, including communication back to partners regarding delivery and collection details (including left over stock).- Where necessary, coordinating product logistics of on-site partner activations including storage, movement and the facilitation of equipment and/or infrastructure.- Coordinating the storage of remaining products including coordinating the set-up of off-site storage facilities and the Festival office.- Working with production team members and venues to ensure the suitable on-site storage, management and movement of products as per event requirements.

Working as Artist Liaison, as well as marketing and publicity assistant communicating with 100+ performers and artists over a 6 week festival from February 12th – March 15th.Alongside this role I ran the Bank SA bandstand 4 days each week showcasing acts from the Garden as well as local and upcoming artists.

Hard working employee that was trusted and had responsibilities opening and closing the store and drive-through, counting several tills daily, face to face communication daily as well as stock ordering and management.All skills involved attention to detail, time management, efficient and effective written and verbal communication.

U/14 - U/15 Assistant Coach:Involving running 2 training sessions per week alongside a game each Sunday. Training involved skill improvement exercises, fitness and running drills as well as game day simulation and strategies. Within one season of undertaking the coaching role, the team improved from 1 win in the previous season to making the Grand Final.
