Jack is a Programme Manager delivering global HR Transformation initiatives across RELX Group. This role involves working with the Group HRLT and senior business leaders as the primary stakeholders in order to deliver large, complex HR change programmes across the Group (c. 33,000 FTEs). Programmes range in scope from large-scale strategic initiatives involving operating model redesign, people transition etc. through to operational / people service optimisation through shared service centre teams.Jack also leads the offshore Analytics function which delivers people analytics & insights across the HR & senior business leader population through a self-service data visualisation tool.Prior to RELX Group, Jack had 5 years of experience in PwC’s HR Transformation team. The team supports organisations in understanding their workforce and identifying ways to maximise business performance, including full scale HR Transformation through enhanced HR processes, structures and organisation designs.Jack has experience in leading teams to deliver on truly global projects. He has significant experience in HR Organisation, Operating Model and Service Delivery Model Design as well as working with senior stakeholders to set the strategic direction of the organisation. Jack also specialises in the analysis of complex data in order to produce insights in relation to the opportunities which exist within HR functions whether through business case formulation or more broadly within transformation projects. One aspect of this role was leading on the successful control of commercials globally (the budget was in the tens of millions of dollars)- Setup of the project management function for a global telecomms client (based in Shenzhen, China)- Advising a client on the opportunities available in corporate sponsorship arrangements to form a strategy document illustrating potential approaches, each with weighted risks, benefits and costs- Led a Policy Improvement Programme for an International Government which required Jack to conduct intensive market research and analysis of significant amounts of economic, social and educational data.
